The location was beautiful. They were able to accommodate our family of 7 in three rooms.

The weather in August is very hot and only one of the rooms had AC. Fans were in the other rooms and we opened the windows to get a slight breeze. The hotel hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes.

this small hotel is a perfect place for an overnightstop (next to A1 highway to Rome), or for a weekend, to know the pretty little antique town of Chiusi and its relaxing lake and wonderful surroundings. The Hotel has a comfortable position with free parking next to it and good restaurants, bars and pizzeria around, right next to the little center. We had a very pleasant stay and discovered it all. Our room was comfortable and nice furnitured and the owners are very friendly.

Exceptional Exceeded my expectations. Location on edge of small historic hilltown. My room had spectacular views. Lovely welcome from host. Room was ready. Spacious. Well appointed. Solid tasteful old decor and furniture Super clean. Super comfortable. Super quiet. Excellent air conditioner but not required for this visit. Weather dire. Wifi stable and fast Would highly recommend and excellent value for money

Very minor. But maybe some improved lighting in main bedroom area

Wi fee didn't work in the room.

Easy checkin at late hour and friendly staff, nice light continental breakfast left in room. And easy checkout, and called cab for us!

Bed a bit uncomfortable.
