"50th anniversary stay at Ettington Park"

Beautiful building which has retained its country house character. The service was excellent throughout our stay. I have limited mobility, and the staff looked after us wonderfully. The grounds are stunning with beautiful trees and even a herd of deer. Would definitely stay again.

The beds were a bit hard for our liking., and we found the pillows a bit hard and lumpy. House of keeping left a bit to be desired. Crumbs were on the floor of the breakfast room for the duration of our 4 day stay. Also the sink taps in the room need a bit of a spruce up and a ring of scum around the sink drain.

"Disappointed. No value for money."

Room wasn’t serviced until 6pm despite us being out for a large chunk of the day. Every time we wanted something we had to hunt a staff member down to get it. We were sat at the table for dinner for more than half an hour before being served a drink. Other than Alex, staff were not helpful and had a remarkable habit of disappearing. When we politely mentioned that things weren’t going very well they did not appear to care. Horrible smell of drains outside our room. We paid for a room “with a feature” the feature appeared to be the glass recycling bin outside the window that was filled quite early each morning.

The area was nice grounds Building pretty

The staff where clueless I was given a disability room which I didn’t ask for I just booked a classic room. No bath just walk in shower. No timings when breakfast was or when the spa was open till

Hotel is in a beautiful location with clean and tidy grounds to walk around.

The hotel needs more staff to provide a seamless service. Waiting time for food was very slow.

"Lovely & would return."

Beautiful building & surroundings, lovely room, very clean throughout, dinner service was great & good food. Concierge should also get a mention for being so friendly & helpful.

Breakfast service on day one was a shambles but this seemed to be rectified on day two. Not enough sunbeds to people at the pool. Shower in bathroom could be better.

"A romantic stay in beautiful surroundings near Stratford-upon-Avon"

A beautiful luxurious historic hotel with friendly staff

The breakfast seemed to take a long time one morning, which seemed to be due to a lack of staff, although to be fair, staff from elsewhere were drafted in to lend a hand.
