La struttura è collocata sopra Cogne che è raggiungibile tramite servizio navetta gratuito, dunque una buona comodità. Disponibile il parcheggio fronte hotel. La zona presenta qualche ristorante e bar, lo stesso hotel offre servizio ristorante. Personale cortese.

La stanza è poco isolata dunque si sentono rumori e conversazioni delle stanza attigue. La richiesta del letto matrimoniale risultava soddisfatta ma in realtà erano due letti singoli attaccati, dunque non molti comodi.
