Nice location, stayed in one of the updated cottages. Wood in bathroom on floor area had black mold/rot. Bedding was dirty with stains and hair of human and animals

This was a great experience for our family. Everyone here was extremely friendly. Such an amazing community. The cabin wasnt very clean though. It was very nice set up but really needs a better cleaning crew. Overall its a great time for family you will love all that they offer. Especially for children. Made alot of memories and new friends. We will be going back next years for a longer stay.

Had a great stay! Enjoyed the pool and resort is in a great summer spot for exploring local beach towns, like Sea Isle City and Wildwood. Staff was friendly and helpful.
