Pine Haven

Was not horrible but definitely needs some attention and more property amenities. We found clothing under sofa , sofa discolored and dirty . Wall frames dirty , and no staff in site , staff front desk more involved with personal conversation rather then customer . When first attempting to check in , girl greeted me with “checkin is at 3pm” ! Not knowing I paid for early check in , so did not even feel welcomed . Please take the time and invest in hiring great people and those who want to work because I can assure you that all these other negative comments would have been obsolete with staff providing a great experience!

Loved that our fire pit was in a cubby hole and no neighbor on that side.. beautiful campground and cabin was great

The location was ideal in between beach towns and Atlantic City. The swimming hole and beach was gorgeous!! Very quiet surroundings.

Cottage was a lot smaller than the pictures appeared. It needed a good clean, floors, blankets, rugs, glass, etc. Towels scratchy and only enough hot water for a shower and a half. For the price, they cleanliness didn’t line up.

It felt very safe and the kids were able to walk around alone. The pool was clean and nice, the lake/beach was clean and well maintained. The cabin was also clean and well maintained. The staff was nice.
