Great location and stay quiet!

Feeling cold inside room (winter season)

I made my reservation for November 2nd until November 3rd, I sent a message to the hotel saying that please I needed to check in at 1:00 in the morning on November 2nd through the application and they responded that indeed I could enter the hotel at that time and that they were not going to generate any additional cost, but when I arrived they told me that I had to pay the value of the room again because I entered at 1:00 in the morning of the same day and according to them the check-in was only done at 2:00 in the afternoon, so for entering before 2:00 in the afternoon they were going to charge me another day of accommodation at the hotel when I arrived on the same day of my reservation, but in the early morning and it seems unfair to me that they do that to people

I don't remember what I liked

I had many doubts about staying in this hotel after reading some negative reviews, but i was passing through Gorzów and i had to stay here because it was the last available option. If I pay 150 pln for a 15mt room for one night ,far from the centre , i expect at least comfort, silence and privacy,i'm not interested in extras . It is not a place where you would feel comfortable. The structure is worse than you see in the pics,bleak,feeling is like doing urbex and sleeping in an abandoned place. Total lack of soundproofing in windows with the nearby road,about pillows? in jail they're more comfortable. But the thing that make me the most angry is indifference in front of problems exposed. The noisy water pomp started every 30 sec. all night long ,when me and another client of the hotel,probably the only ones of the whole floor, went out from our room to look what happens at 1:00am, not finding the source of noise ,we went at the reception and the answer was "it's normal ,i can't do nothing". If you choose this hotel ,consider a possibility that you might don't sleep ,not even earplugs will save you. 4 rate cause i'm kind ,at a distance of time i've let off the angry ,they deserves 2 just for the service

The art in the hotel is interesting.

It smells old or if someone has smoked there for years. Everything is a bit old. And I paid a lot for the quality you get.
