Great location, easy check in

Bathroom is in need of an overhaul

I liked the tv and second room bed and the location was prime.

The balcony was covered in spiders, like I mean covered with nests of them hanging down from the roof which meant we couldn’t sit out there. The first room we got had stains all over the bedding so we asked to be moved rooms. The second room still has some but less stains. The Lamp was broken on the left side, the floor had various coloured stains on it. Overall the hotel was showing its age.

Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, and beds were clean and comfortable.

WiFi was spotty at times. Hallways were outdated.

The view was stunning and the town is so peaceful.

The bathroom did not seem to be cleaned, hair clogged in the drain caused shower flooding and other minor uncleanliness issues.

Location was good. Room itself was clean.

Room was very dated. Carpet was about 30 years old. Bathroom was in disrepair and had bugs.

It had two beds, location was right off the beach, and overall it was CLEAN. There are restaurants and good walking paths around. They also have a baseboard heater and free standing heater in case it gets cold. Concierge was polite and professional.

Few bugs in the bathroom, but this is a $99 3-star hotel so this was acceptable to me. The entrance is a restaurant, and though the restaurant was closed in winter, you can still enter and call the Spring Villa's number, then a concierge comes out to you- was a little confusing at first, but it's only when you check in. Outside of Spring Villa's control, Harrison had no hot spring available unless you stayed at the specific resort that has it.
