Room size was fair

The ac did not work at all

You pay for what you get, the quality matched the value. It was last minute and this was a great hotel to sleep in and shower. It was extremely convinient to stay here, but would not recommend staying here for quality or comfort. The restaurant has an excellent staff, great food, and amazing drinks!

There were some bugs in the room and it felt unsanitary at times. Which we deffered from eating from the restaurant for that reason. If you are visiting Constanta it is quite far, about 30 minutes drive.

I am a soldier that was deployed to Romania, and I had a day off and decided to get a room for the night. And with paying 200 lei a night I expect a normal room with working items. The first room I was given had a broken heater and air conditioner, and when I told the staff about it they didn’t care at all. I had to push to be given a new room, but the new room had a broken tv. When I told the staff about it they were rude and complained I was switching rooms to much. I paid for a room that advertised a working heater, a working air conditioner, and a working tv and they failed at all of this. And the staff was completely disgusting about it. I would 100% recommend to any solider to not come here, it’s a waste of your money and time.

Loved the restaurant down stairs!!

The furniture was outdated. The bed was was uncomfortable and not very clean and the pillows were awful. Everyone was very nice! Yet when the day of check out. I booked the hotel based on location and check out time of 12:00. Yet I was forced to check it at 10am the day of. I was called at 9:15am and told I had to be out by 10am. Not being from this country that was a problem when I had no where to go. Just disappointing.
