Very nice place, clean, comfy and spacious rooms. Easy to reach from Stuttgart by train and car.

Standard breakfast, OK but not super. Nice big room and good bed. Very good location for connection S-Bahn+Bus X10 to Stuttgart Messe.

My room due to y booking I pick room for 2 but when I check in they say I book room of 2 for one person but they right cuz when I check again I saw it,just that I was thinking since am there with my wife they will change the bed but they leave 2 single bed in the room and we where so uncomfortable to sleep on that,and the breakfast I don't like it

Breakfast was wonderful with lots of selections! Location was perfect with walking distance to town of Kirchheim unter Teck. The hostess was very friendly and helpful.

Just a minor issue with shower controls. We didn't get the information that the knobs above the toilet were the on and off buttons for the shower/temperature. Posting a direction sign above the knobs would have avoided some cold showers. This would also be helpful for foreign travelers who are not familiar with the setup.

Quiet, easy to find street side parking, some shopping (e.g. bakery) and a few restaurants nearby at walking distance.

We had to wait outside the hotel with other guests for someone to come let us in. One gentleman had already waited for over an hour when we arrived. Yes, we rang both bells several times until finally someone picked up the phone. The suite we had booked also had several issues, including: sofa bed downstairs could not be put together properly without folding back together making loud noises whilst doing so (happened throughout the night), shutters upstairs could be closed only partially and only after putting the remote control batteries in correctly (sunset was early that summer day), TV didn't work at all .... I informed the hotel staff about the various issues and hope they got on it. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the restaurant since it was closed that evening, which we knew beforehand.
