Royale Parc Hotel Puerto Princesa Palawan

I liked that the room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed in the room with the balcony, and it was a great room.

The ants and the water in the toilet. When you bring food into the room, the ants get to it before you can eat it. The water from the bathroom, faucet, and shower is not clean. It is brownish in color and has a strange smell.

The hotel is clean, the staff are kind including the guard, very accomodating staff. This hotel is very good and decent for cheap price

They only serve breakfast, it must be better if they also serve lunch or dinner.

The staffs are friendly and the place is clean and big

The internet is not so good and the location is far you need to ride a tricycle to reach the city proper

It’s a bit far away from the city, so it’s not that noisy. In the morning, you can hear the birds chirping, which is kind of a nice vibe. I highly suggest renting a motorcycle to save money going in and out of the hotel; we used Google Maps to go places and restaurants. They also arrange hotel-to-airport transport by tricycle for just 200 pesos at night, but you have to inform the receptionist prior to check-out. There was no free breakfast, but they offer it at the hotel for 150 pesos. They also offer a 10-hour extension. In my case, our flight is at midnight, so I really need to stay until 10pm. WiFi is weak during our stay because of the weather; just make sure to use Globe or Gomo sim with data. Also, Beaches are far away from Puerto Princesa city, it's 1 hour travel by motorcycle.

Do not bring home any food, especially sweets, because of the ants.
