The staff were very helpful at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was varied and of excellent quality. The taxi service to get to and from the main skiing area was exceptional and well organised.

Lovely hotel, with lovely staff, in an amazing location. Food was all great from Austrian buffet breakfast, to the evening meal, with large salad buffet, soup, generous mains and desert. Room was a great size, with a lovely window and balcony overlooking the mountains. Sauna was lovely (it is traditional Austrian (ie full nude!) for those less used to this!) Service for skiing was great - good ski/boot room to leave gear in, lovely piste down to the hotel, and taxi service to/from the slopes was amazing. Altogether great - would definitely come back again!

Perhaps give an option of times for evening meals

on the phone they are very helpful and willing to think with you, the receptionist is nice and the shuttles to the lifts are easily handled. the room was decent, pillows were a bit lacking but the mattresses were decent and everything worked/was clean. we liked the sauna and the facilities overall were good, especially the delivered bread every morning really made it nice and easy to have breakfast in your appartment.

while the staff is quite friendly there is this one woman who is very annoying, when asked a normal question she reacts very rude and acts like you are stupid. bit of a bummer considering all the good points of this hotel/appartment.

The food and drink was great - lots of it and lots of choice which is important when you're spending your days on the slopes! The staff were friendly and happy to help. The hotel was a little out of town, but a walkable distance and there was an efficient and free shuttle running during the hours that the lifts were operational. We felt this hotel offered good value for money.
