Hotel Diana

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, ebenso das Reinigungspersonal. Der Mann, der für ein immer volles Frühstücksbuffet sorgt ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns wie "Stars" gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das 4.OG mit dem Panoramablick über einen großen Teil des Gardasee's. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Inneneinrichtung hat sehr viel Stil. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Abendbrot kann optional dazugebucht werden.

Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice, would have preferred fresh orange juice as opposed to machine delivered orange juice which tasted a little sweet. Evening meals were super quality and extremely good value for money. The staff were exceptionally helpful and engaging. Location and views of Lake Garda were absolutely amazing. Pool and facilities were great and clean. Beds were very comfortable and provided plenty of space.

Aircon was a little noisy and was turned off remotely without any discussion or communication resulting in a coupe of warm disturbed nights. Aged stuffed animals in the building. Wardrobes were shallow and did not allow for long dress storage.

L’accueil a été parfait, la très belle vue sur le lac de Garde, le confort de la literie, la qualité des petits déjeuner, la gentillesse de tout le personnel et les dîners le soir dans le restaurant de l’hôtel

La salle de bain avait une petite douche, un changement de matériel serait le bienvenu
