Hotel Dorfer Alpine&Charming

The location was excellent as it was central with all amenities within easy walking distance and it was only a 3 minute walk to the chair lift. The accommodation itself was special with the decor very tastefully done but had a traditional feel to it all while being classy and comfortable. Buffet was excellent. Facilities was excellent and spacious with a large jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms and relaxation areas. Best of all were the staff who were very attentive and accomodating.

The hotel's location was great. It was in a quiet section, with beautiful grounds, and it was an easy walk into town. The staff were very friendly and eager to show us the hotel and it's amenities. Our room was large and and had a balcony with view of nearby mountains. The buffet breakfast was great, and it served in a nice pleasant setting. We would stay at this property again.

This was by far the best place that we have stayed anywhere. The staff was exceptional, the food was fabulous and the room was second to none. Unfortunately we had to leave.

Spotless. People were engaging and lovely. Food was extraordinary. Bed was so comfy. Spa was lovely.

We loved our stay here! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The location perfect for our hiking trip. Loved the short walk to trails and stores. The food was phenomenal. The dining room staff took such good care of us. Alessandro in the dining room in particular provided exceptional service and was a joy to get to know and visit with. Andre who oversaw the dining room operations was also exceptional. Honestly I can’t over state how wonderful it all was. The downstairs spa area is terrific as well.

I am an early morning coffee drinker and there was no coffee making equipment in the room and the dining room, only place to get coffee, didn’t open until 7:30.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent cuisine.

Walls and doors let noise through.

Very friendly personnel. Hospitality of the staff. Excellent quality of breakfast and dinner. Michelin guide type of quality.

Minor remark. No coffee maker in the room itself.
