All is new, big rooms, full of windows and the view is breathtaking. Staff was so nice and helpful.

Location was superb as we did not want something in the heart of Selva Gardena. This place was on the outskirts of Passo Gardena and provided a wonderful vantage point of several mountains and cable cars such as Sassolungo, it was also very quiet and peaceful. We booked a studio apartment which was huge for 2pax and had a wonderful balcony view facing forests and mountains. The owner of the hotel was the only staff we interacted with, he was very warm and helpful and offered plenty of information about the location, bus passes and even tried to mediate noise issues on the property from other guests. The layout of our apartment was long and rectangular, and the apartment was very airy and had many windows that opened up and allowed air to circulate. We appreciate that there was little pollution so the rooms were not dusty despite leaving all the windows open. Perhaps it was the location, there was always a breeze blowing into the apartment. We arrived via car and free parking is available on the hotel grounds. While it didn't look like there were many lots, they were typically never full so that was a huge relief for us. Upon arrival we did notice there was a camping ground with bus stop located diagonally across the hotel so that might improve accessibility. The apartment amenities were modern and well-maintained, especially the kitchen that we used thoroughly. For the price, this was probably the best accommodation we had stayed in during our trip in the Dolomites in terms of the location, well-maintained hotel facilities and room interior, service and parking facilities.

The stove was rather small given the size of the pots and pans provided but otherwise, worked well for moderate to advanced recipes. Cleaning was done in a timely manner - beds, floors, dishwashers, toilets were mostly clean - though some messes were missed on our first night i.e. they forgot to washed the drip coffee machine, missed out 1 dirty towel and loaded the dishwasher but forgot to start it. But otherwise, I would consider them small misses as the apartment always felt clean.

Wonderful stay in this newly renovated hotel with great views. Modern and clean room with a large choice of breakfast options, lovely hosts.

I stayed for 2 nights and slept really well. The hotel has a cosy decoration which is very relaxing. The breakfast was very good. The staff is super nice and supportive, with information of the activities in the area.
