1.- Avise por aquí que mi mama y mis tías (ambas de la 3 edad) iban a llegar a las 5am el día sábado y nadie me informo que cerraban en le transcurso de la noche, incluso hable por teléfono porque quería saber si me iban a cobrar la noche del viernes y me dijeron que si, 2.- una srita no se (como se llama) insulto a mi mamá por teléfono cuando llego al lugar, pero tan egoísta le dijo que estaba cerrado y que abren las 9am. el pobre guardia también salió regañado por dicha srita tan grosera no se como, contratan un personal así. 3.- Reembolso, quise cancelar ese mismo día el sábado 8 de noviembre para que me dieran el 50% tanto la srita grosera se lavo las manos diciendo que no se podía en el hotel, si no en aplicación de booking, que ustedes booking nos digieron que teniamos hablar al hotel para que nos cancelaran la reservación y ellos no tenian como o se lavaron las manos.

el hotel cuenta con lámparas de emergencia en alguno pasillos, pero no en las habitaciones, Punto muy bueno q el baño está habilitado para Personas Mayores

faltan medidas de prevención, sugiero instalen lámparas de emergencia en las habitaciones del piso inferior, por lo encerradas q son, clima portátil muy incómodo
