Banheiro estava mofado; reservei apto luxo e me colocaram na ala velha do hotel; café começa as 07:00; no check-in me deram o comprovante do cartão que paguei e um recibo; no check-out ficaram de enviar a NF por e-mail e não fizeram, só depois de horas pedindo por WhatsApp. Depois de décadas cliente fui mal atendido! E o atendente do WhatsApp dono site ainda foi grosseiro. O financeiro mandou a nf depois.
