Localização

Tive um problema com o vôo e cheguei no dia seguinte. Apesar de enviar uma mensagem pelo sítio da Booking informando sobre o problema, meu quarto foi repassado apesar de continuar constando a reserva como ativa no Booking. Disponibilizaram um quarto em manutenção com oferta de quarenta reais de desconto. Fiquei por falta de alternativa. Muita falta de respeito com um hóspede!
