"Leistung und Preis passen nicht zueinander"

Das Haus und die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bedienung an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war kompetent und sehr freundlich.

Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet aber für den sehr hohen Preis viel zu klein. Außerdem war das Frühstück schon sehr zu bemängeln. Der Kaffee und das Wasser für den Tee war lauwarm. Die Brötchen waren abgezählt und schon eine Stunde vor dem Ende der Frühstückszeit aus. Bei Nachfrage hieß es: man schaut nach ob noch welche in der Küche sind. Nach einiger Zeit wurden Brötchen nachgelegt. Auch Wurst und Käse waren abgezählt vorhanden. Zum bezahlten Betrag stand diese Dienstleistung in keinem Verhältnis. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Ruhige Lage. Netter Frühstücksraum. Gutes Restaurant. Saubere Zimmer.

Der Selbstcheckin hat nicht reibungslos geklappt. Es war aber jemand telefonisch zu erreichen. Abends kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, da auch das Restsurant So. ab 20.00h geschlossen hat.
