le cadre est magnifique et enchanteur, la déco de l'hotel superbe et l'accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. le petit dejeuner très agréable sur la terrasse est composé de produits de qualitée. Vue magnifique depuis l'hotel sur les environs

les rangements dans la chambre sont un peu sommaires pas de mini bar cela manque un peu m^me s'il y a un salon

Very peaceful location, quiet (room at the back) and nice views. Comfortable rooms. Very good food.

Very very over priced. It’s not a hotel, it’s essentially a bed and breakfast. No lounge, no bar, staff leave at 8pm, no facilities other than a small pool. Bedrooms small, no proper wardrobe space, small bathroom. Very strange practice of then asking for a tip when paying final bill. Never seen that in France before. Annoyingly I felt obliged to pay but wish I hadn’t. This was the third relais and chateau hotel we’ve stayed at on this trip. The others were extremely luxurious and cost the same or less than this one!

Beaucoup de bien-être apporté par tout un tas de lait, bain, savon, machine à café, enceinte connectée.

The view from the garden is beautiful. The room was comfortable and quiet, the shower room very nice. Convenient location to stop over while travelling around the French Basque country. The small swimming pool looked inviting.

The price of the dinner and breakfast was way beyond our price range (168 euros and 40 euros a head respectively). The restaurant has a Michelin star so may well be justified, but came as a nasty surprise! The staff were very kind and offered us a selection of high end bar food which was very good. Just be aware when booking for dinner.
