wunderbares hotel in bester aussichtslage. perfekt für radtouren und wanderungen. toller spa bereich mit toller massage. ausgezeichntes frühstück und top küche. sehr aufmerksames und freundliches personal (multilingial!)

speisen abends - vermutlich aufgrund optimierbarer koordination - tlw. nur lauwarm. wurde aber nachdem man das personal aufmerksam machte weitesgehenst korrigiert. das war aber ehrlich gesagt der einzige kritikpunkt. weil es einfach schade ist, wenn top küche leider nicht warm am tisch ankommt.

"Stunning location and facilities but abysmal customer service"

The location just outside the town was perfect as we had stunning views of the Dolomites. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfy.

The attitude and customer service of all the staff was very abrupt and quite frankly rude. For the amount that we paid to stay at the hotel, I would have expected superior customer service. I will not stay here or recommend this hotel for this reason.

Cosy, excellent location, magnificent views, ski bus station just in front of the hotel, friendly staff, testy food.
