Las instalaciones, en general, estaban estupendas, las piscinas nos encantaron y el personal de 11! Nos recibieron nada más llegar a la puerta, nos atendieron maravillosamente bien. Súper atentos y muy amables.

El café, pésimo, y la limpieza en los aseos de las piscinas también es un punto a mejorar.
