The pools were nice and clean. Food was passable. Checkin was ok and check out was quick. Views were nice and staff were very friendly. Kids club was very good . Parking was good and safe.

Beds wernt very comfortable and pillows were lumpy. Room was hot due to fan working on a low speed and squeeking. Food was same every night. We could of been told you could get bottles of water from bar we didn't find out till last day. Shower had no water compression and ran hot and cold. Took ages to have a shower. No sugar or coffee in room or milk had one pack of cream was not topped up. Had to buy our own milk. Having a disabled child that needed to use toilet a lot there was no quick route to toilets. In kids pool area needs a toilet inside the area or alternatively a gate put in to access the toilet from kids area. There was no one around to deal with aggressive and loud families that ruined the day for some people. Should be able to get ice cream or fruit at any time during the day. The coffee machines were never working or filled up. Every time it was pointed out they said go to the main bar which is a 5 min walk and que of people. Shop is very cramped.
