The room is spacious, clean and comfortable.

The shower head (room 103) was very unsteady. Not nice to shower and wetting the bathroom. Easy and cheap to fix.

"Lovely little stay with amazing staff"

A really sweet little hotel. The owner/manager is the loveliest, most helpful woman - exceptional service. She recommended us where to go, organised a boat tour for and meant we could make the most of our short stay.

"Superb"

Easy to find. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Luna is your go-to for all your needs. Transport arrangement, food recommendations, etc. Accommodation is more like a "home" so suits the name "Baan". It's like a chalet house but with services. Quiet and soothing atmosphere. For the adventurous, take the ferry behind opposite the railway station and walk.

Location does require transport to access Ayutthaya park but this is easily covered through Baan Baimai.
