The property customer services team doesn’t speak English and the hang up the phone when they hear you talking in English. It is ridiculous. Further, the lie in Bookings that they don’t have availability when trying to reschedule the dates and at the same time when you try to search for the wanted new dates there is available. I tried to reschedule as my baby daughter was with 40.1 degree fever and when I contacted them over the phone, they weren’t able even to speak a proper English and they were so so lacking of empathy or understanding that they told me : “ It is my problem, your child is unwell “ The Zurich Insurance is rubbish too, don’t waste your money either there!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön renoviert und sauber, Betten bequem, das Badezimmer war auch ok und neu renoviert, aber sehr sehr klein. Frühstück war gut. Kaffe, Tee und Wasser jederzeit kostenlos, ansonsten bucht man die Getränke per self-service auf die Zimmerkarte. Auch während des Abendessens muss man die Getränke selbst holen. Das ist ok, für junge Leute und Familien, aber ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache.

Das Personal war freundlich, konnte aber zum Teil weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Auch die Kaffeemaschine war auf Tschechisch eingestellt, genauso wie der Fernseher und diverse andere Beschriftungen. Wir waren nur zwei Tage zum Skifahren da, ein Platz zum Schlafen, nah am Gletscher, aber nicht unbedingt das, was man von einem Hotel in Österreich erwartet. Das gilt insbesondere für die Qualität des Abendessens: schlechte Auswahl, sehr fleischlastig, selbst wenn nach Allergien gefragt wurde und diese auf dem Zettel am Tisch notiert wurden, mussten wir zwei mal nachfragen, um ein milchfreies Abendessen zu bekommen, und am Ende war auf der Tomatensoße trotzdem ein Berg Parmesan drauf. Einzig die Salatbar war sehr gut.
