La atención del personal, muy profesional

Que en las habitaciones no hay ventilación, solo aire acondicionado, y no hay cajas de seguridad, para resguardo de valores y tampoco mucho espacio, en habitaciones dobles, si closet, sin toalla para las manos hace falta un espejo para maquillarse,.

La ubicación es buena, esta justamente en la avenida principal, entre el centro de la ciudad y el acceso a las playas de Tuxpan y además se encuentra a un costado del famoso restaurante La Parroquia. El desayuno incluido consta de café o té, jugo, fruta, cereal y huevo con totopos.

Poner énfasis en la limpieza de los sanitarios, en lo personal el aseo del baño de mi habitación número uno se veía sucio. Me toco un vecino de habitación que roncaba fuerte y se escuchaba hasta mi habitación...pero eso es cuestión de suerte.

La habitación muy cómoda, limpia, se siente seguro el lugar

La tele no contaba con servicios de Stream y no dejaba poner ni YouTube lástima

"Ambiente familiar, seguro y cómodo"

El desayuno, el café, el jugo, la piscina aunque estaba un poco fría por el norte que había pasado, la seguridad, la cordialidad y amabilidad del personal, que esta muy cerca del cafe La Parroquia de Veracruz

El gimnasio tenía muy pocos aparatos, la piscina estaba un poco sucia de ramas secas

Todo me pareció adecuado al precio

La alberca... extremadamente fría el agua entre con trabajos y así me salí y jamás me dieron ganas de volver:(
