Der freundliche Besitzer war immer persönlich vor Ort und war besorgt für alle Belange wie Ausflugtipps oder Geschichte der Insel. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch nahe beim Zentrum und beim picola Marina, sonnig und mit freiem Blick auf den Monte Solaro.
