Location.

The worst stay I ever had. I do not recommended like anything on earth. Don't book this hotel, look for something else even if you need to pay a bit more.

Property is in a good location. Very close to attractions.

The windows don’t close properly. It is so loud that you can hear the motorcycles reving all day and night. You can hear people talking and screaming. I felt like I was sleeping outside.
