Host Linda was the best: welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than enough. The location is 2 bus stops from Seceda and Seiser Alm. We would recommend this place with confidence and would love to come back again one day.

No fridge in the room

Linda is one of the best hosts I’ve had. Friendly and went beyond to help make our holiday in Dolomites a great memory. Very good breakfast. Spacious bathroom. Definitely a plus for a comfortable stay in a relatively small room. Great location. Close to the bus station.

Adelinda the host is the best! so friend and responible . Teach us how to park the car, let our car stay in the garage , the free breakfast is supreme, especailly the pasties they made! room is clean and big, surprise with the view can see mountain from the window !

Everything is perfect, please be aware if you drive to the site using google map GPS it is incorrect, can double check with the host before checkin, my partner said the mattress is quite soft but I am totatlly fine with this

So so small room If we keep the baggage in the room, there is no place to walk. Should keep all baggage and stuff in the closet. But it's not enough too.(not closed the door) If you want to use chair, nobody move. We wanted to stay traditional romantic place but It was nightmare.

The hostess was very accommodating and friendly.

The bathroom was tiny and the driveway very steep. But this would not deter from staying at this property.
