We love it here. So near to the Lake Braies, only 4 mins drive or 25 mins walk. The breakfast is amazing! We enjoy it so much. The bed is so comfy, it is like memoryform when you sleep.

Toilet is abit small but it is ok. The name of the hotel is so common. We went to the wrong Steinerhof so check it well.

1. Grey towels and yellow sheets (not acceptable hygiene standard) 2. Very small rooms and very low shower ceiling — a 200 cm person would hit it 3. My wife started sneezing in the morning and got a blocked nose due to dust in the room, despite its small size 4. Unmarked dark thresholds in corridors and at the room exit — easy to trip and get injured 5. Saw gelato being unloaded from a regular car trunk into the kitchen without lids or thermal containers — not hygienic 6. Double bed made of two separate mattresses with two small single duvets 7. Very chemical-smelling soap and shampoo Overall, apart from nature, there is no real sense of care or hospitality in this place
