Ka10 SQUARE HOTEL & BANQUETS

I stay 4 days but they never clean up the room. No towels. Water in swimming pool look's like jelly. My offer included breakfast but manager said that is not and have too pay. On second floor is banquet hall and one day was wedding there. Noisy music till midnight.

Loved lots of things here! Firstly the hotel has a restaurant and the food here is INCREDIBLE! You will never have to worry about finding a tasty meal as it’s right on your doorstep. You can eat the food in the restaurant, order it to your room or eat it on the rooftop! The room was lovely and felt fresh, the staff were very accommodating and always ready to help!

Not really a dislike but when we first wanted to go use the pool, it needed skimming on top as it has a some feathers on it, but as soon as the staff saw us wanting to use it they cleaned it up, popped the filter an and it was ready to swim in!

A) Unethical Staff: The receptionist on duty at post lunch session on 08.04.2023 requested for my phone to note down the confirmation number from booking.com. After taking the phone he went straight to my mail box to search for connecting link for providing rating for the hotel. After my strong protest, he confessed that he wanted to give rating on his own and returned my phone. He also confessed that he follows this unethical practice to give rating from customers end. B) During booking it was mentioned that heavy breakfast of Rs. 500/- will be provided. But hotel could not provide any option beyond Aloo Parotha and bread butter. C) Swimming pool is at top floor but found dirty in the morning - so many waste tissue papers were floating there. D) Intercom does not work - repeatedly requested that particular receptionist on the evening of 7th but he did not bother. E) Room does not have anything to hang on the dresses, no wall hanger, no cupboards Overall very bad and unpleasant stay.

Good location , clean hotel and rooms. Good tasty food and staff behaviour is good. swimming pool is a plus.
