I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional hospitality we experienced during our recent stay. Our family vacation, which included our beloved dog, Mia, was truly wonderful and will always be a memorable one for us. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Elgish, and the Executive Chef, Chef Arun. The entire team—from the restaurant staff and front desk to the housekeeping team—was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. A special note of thanks goes to Chef Supreet, who kindly connected me with the team before our arrival. As I was a bit anxious about traveling with a pet, his support was deeply reassuring. I am also extremely grateful to Amreeta Ma'am, GM of ibis Mumbai Airport, for sharing a kind word of reference that helped make our arrangements seamless. "It served my purpose. This is the second time of my visit."

Check-in was smooth and quick. Staff support was quick.

I had to move out of the initial room that was designated, as their maintenance decided to paint a door or something at 10PM and the aircon was pulling in heavy paint smells into our rooms at that floor. I saw many people complain about it. Such maintenance activities should be taken care of in the morning hours, not while your customers are most certainly back in their rooms.
