The bunk beds in the facility were good

The bathrooms were extremely unhygienic and there were paper thin walls which caused a lot of noise from the other rooms

My booking was confirmed amd the same I checked with hotel staff. Also I paid some advance as they asked for, but after going three at around night 10pm with my family, hotel staff said they mistakenly confirmed the bookings and then they canceled my booking. The amount of harrassment and problems we suffered at that moment is difficult to express with my family of not getting any room in any bother hotel nearby. If this way booking.com treat the customer, this would be very pathetic. Neither in future I will make any booking from booking.com neither I will suggest any one to use your site.

Nothing. Every thing was in worst form. There was no hotel of this name in the mussoorie. After I found this hotel with other name no one from the provided number was receiving the call. I was returning at that time around 9:00 p.m. they received the call after messaging that "you are cheating me* and told me this hotel is with other name. so they are totally fraud. They are doing online fraud. If you are going to book here you are going to be in trouble. they will ask to deposit money in advance and leave you in your condition at all. they will harassed you as much as possible. If you will get their hotel, they will not return your amount also. No name board on display of this hotel. pathetic condition of service No water was in the tap So far from showed on the site Bad smell of bedsheets and blankets I have complaint about this in the police.

There was nothing to like. Every thing was false in the provided on site . As like Distance was 1 km at the place of 300 mtr No hotel was available with this name in whole mussoorie. This was with other name which was not informed us to reach easily. No one was picking call at the time of reaching there. I was wondering 3 hours with family and no help was provided by them. No car parking No water was in tap After all i refused to stay but they didn't return my online prepaid amount. pathetic condition of service. Overall not recommended to stay here. I have complaint about this in the police

Most useless hotel. Room very small and smelly. Staff behavior was also worst.
