"Good but costly"

Location was good, facilities was okay. Staff was exceptionally good and supportive.

There were no toilet roll in the washroom. There were cockroaches in the washroom. Too costly compared to overall aspect.

neat and clean. value for money.

although by booking was confirmed I was told during checkin that there is no booking and issue is with booking.Com this was shock for me. although they managed and gave me the room, experience started off track.

booked hotel well advanced 1 week before, still when we reached hotel the bookings were full they gave our room to other walked in guest and we were given some other hotel with no facilities.
