The property is located at a very beautiful and peaceful place the view of mountains is so clear and near too. The owner of property is exceptionally supportive and assist you at every call going out of the way. Rooms and washrooms are so clean and hygienic. The facilities are not less than a big hotel you stay. The staff treat you as family that's what makes the whole difference. Higley recommended to all who are visiting here.

The facility is unsuitable for couples due to safety concerns regarding the distance to the restroom, and the lack of water and cleaning services.. also property owner not so understanding.. we git there and found out the facility us not livable so no reund was given too.. don't go ti this hote.. ALSO DONT GO FOR ONLINE PHOTOS SHARED BY HOTEL ROOM ARE TOO SMALL YOU CANT EVEN CHARGE YOUR PHONE

Can be more clean

The location was the best as well as the room.

Running water facilities can be improved.

Four things to mention here. 1. The location. We were a family of 3. Booked a family room. There are a total of 2 family rooms on the 2nd floor (topmost floor). The dormitory is on the 1st floor (3 beds and 3 bunk beds with 2 floors). You can see the entire Panchachulli range from the balcony which is on the 2nd floor (if the sky is clear, obviously). The view is just breathtaking. 2. The receptionist cum manager cum caretaker Neeraj, a young boy who has to run the entire place, all by himself. Much was wanted when we first entered the room but whatever items were lacking, Neeraj tried his best to supply with a smile on his face. He bought mseal to fix the leak in the bathroom sink pipe, which did not last very long so he brought in a plumber who did the job for us. Very pleased with the way he handles every single thing in the entire hotel from book keeping to bringing the food from the nearby hotel to carrying our luggage to the top floor through those very steep stairs!! May he get a much better job. 3. They serve food from a nearby restaurant as they do not have a kitchen and dining of their own. The food was good. We ordered roti, a dish of paneer and a half veg chowmein. No complaints there. 4. The owner agreed to waive off the GST as there were quite a few issues with the bathroom - water leaking from the sink, uncleaned comod God knows since when, water pressure for which the plumber had to work through 2 hours in the morning thus cutting our time short for the sight seeing.

Anything and everything about the owner. He lives in Haldwani and doesn't have a damn care about the place. He dumps every responsibility on the manager who lives in the hotel - 'Aap ladke ko bol dijiye, ho jayga'. He doesn't even bother to check his bookings. We had to call him up to check if our booking was still valid on the day of our visit. We booked for 2 consecutive days in 2 different bookings. Each for one day. That also we had to call and remind him to check.
