"Very poor service and preoccupation with payment request"

Very basic conditions

Extremely bad customer service. Took over an hour to pay the bill by cash as credit card not acceptable! They also didn’t want cash. Nobody on reception early morning and no cab booked as promised.

Near by airport.

Very pathetic. Dirty rooms with bad service. Strains on the walls, smelly Lenins provided, when requested for extra bed, given poor quality of mattress to laid on floor. Unhygienic bathroom with poor maintenance. Waste of money and poor service.

Room ok ,hot water ,being set in a industrial estate not any choice to eat but if u walk 15 mins away or so, found place called circle 6 get something half decent there to eat, the hotel is about 8 kilometres from airport

Watch the taxis from the airport you will get ripped off. Don't spend any more than 700 reppes ,max, there's loads around if u walk away from the main entrance ,wi fi ok ,when there was power went 2 times ,room needed a lick off paint was bit grubby!
