Spacious and clean hotel 5 mins drive away from Capo Rizzuto. Big restaurant downstairs offers meals throughout the day and great pizza for dinner (ad much more). The room was clean, great water pressure in the shower, working A/C and mini fridge. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel has a lot of private parking space.

The room was spacious and clean, mattress comfortable.

The owner was very unprofessional throughout the whole stay. Just a few minutes after we sat down for lunch he arrives and places a piece of paper on the table demanding our data, we explained we had already done the check in online and before leaving, he admits not to have checked without even apologising. Moreover he mocks the precision of my husband in regard to follow check in instructions received by mail. The hotel is also a restaurant and on Saturday night they had a party downstairs with music and deejay and even fireworks in the courtyard that went on to past midnight. Needless to say that we went downstairs to complain at 10:40 and he laughed in our face saying that it was impossible we could hear that from our room. This man obviously doesn’t understand elementary physics and how sound waves travel through material. When we got angry he said we needed to be patient because it’s summer and it is still early. Absolutely appalling. We paid over 100€ for that night and ended up awake until almost one in the morning to accommodate the greediness of these unprofessional people. Don’t step foot in this place, breakfast stuff is bought mostly in Lidl since it consists of mainly cakes and muffins displayed on plates after having been unwrapped. The only good person in there is the brother in law who can actually do his job with a smile and efficiently.

The staff were all so helpful from HK to manager, they couldn’t do enough to help. We had 2 young children and everything was made so easy. Spotlessly clean! Which is very difficult for a property near the beach! Brilliant location, seems to be less than 10 minutes drive to everywhere.
