Hotel was well-located in a quiet area of the valley, but an easy walk from the town centre. The hotel offered a very responsive shuttle service for guests to both the main lifts. Breakfast was plentiful. Good underground garage. Staff were very helpful and friendly

Boot and ski room was not adequate for the numbers of guests wanting to use it. The hotel is heavily used by overseas tour companies (mainly Scandinavian), so we perhaps missed a truly Italian atmosphere, but certainly no complaints overall.

The queen room is a bit small and would need some renovation
