Perfect location, very kind owner who opened kitchen 6 a.m. to make my doughter breakfast before traveling home.

Excellent facilities, right next to the slopes, very friendly staff and amazing food! The dining experience alone would be reason enough to return :) The beds were comfortable and you could barely hear any noise from outside the room.

personal is extra friendly :) My daughter lost her phone, and the found it and put it in reception.

all was fine... maybe update your rooms a bit :)

The food was amazing! We complimented the staff multiple times but we still don’t think it’s enough. The menu for everyday was extraordinary, not only the local cuisine The atmosphere in the hotel was very cozy, it was apparent that the hotel is run by family passionate about it. The location was also the best around Kronplatz - very close to the station but at the same time felt almost isolated (there wasn’t much noise outside). The staff was also very nice and helpful :)

Everything was great

We come here for years and we always loved the hotel. It has an amazing location, just next to the ski slopes, staff is great and food is excellent. Highly recommended :)
