Good place to stay near chikamanglur. Neither too far nor too close to the city. Good vibe overall in the property.

Some of the staff was untrained and wasted a lot of our time. Rooms window would not lock. Intercom was not working, also shower water pressure was low in one of the rooms. Windows did not have net in non AC room. Some of the lockers did not have key in the dorm room. Restaurant food can be improved. Swimming pool should have lights for night time. They have a huge club area but no games there. They should keep one water dispenser near the room area.

Staff attitude was good, facilities like bonfire, swimming pool, nature walk, although limited options at the restaurant the food was good (except the tea, which was basically brown milk!!)

Wifi signal was very weak and unstable, no welcome drink or complimentary breakfast or even a cup of tea/coffee. Limited choices for evening snacks or morning breakfast at the restaurant, cellphone reception was very bad in spite of being just off the main road, overall price was high compared to the facilities provided. The room pricing here on Booking.com is more compared to some other websites.

The breakfast was the worst. No juice, no omlet, no, fruits no sausages just idli and fried pakode, bread and jam for freeking 299 per person. The food is over priced for its quantity for ie one plate chicken starters of only 4 pieces for 400 plus taxes. Location was away from most of the best places in Chikmagalur.
