Good location. Well cleaned rooms, simple and hygienic breakfast.

No intercom.

The weather of ooty compensates for any discomfort.

Room service is not up to the mark.

I wonder why so many people gave negative comments. I booked a room for one night and it was very affordable price Rs.2k. For this rate, every thing was fair enough. I won't say staffs were very professional. But they are decent enough & rooms were clean enough. For complement service, it wasn't bad. You just need to ask to front desk person and they will provided. If owner is not there all other persons in service knows Hindi only. That's a small uncomfortablity for non-hindi speakers. Breakfast menu is limited. (Dosa, idly, bread & jam, tea, coffee, milk, corn flakes, a fruit/salad).. But it was very tasty and worth it for given price. Totally, I enjoyed the stay and staffs were kind enough. Location was also good. Less than 5 mins from main busstand. Auto rickshaw will charge 150 rs for these 1.5kms.

My recommendations: Can always be a person present who knows tamil, & English. Can improve power backups. Can provide an hair dryer.

The location is good.Also for a budget stay its recommended

Buffet is not a good one. Limited items available.. Bathroom tap is not fixed properly. And no hooks for hanging cloths in bathroom.
