"Útulný hotel s vynikající lokalitou a příjemným personálem"

Menší, útulný hotel v němž není přelidněno. Vynikající lokalita, nástup na lanovku Valena cca 100m od lyžárny, která je hezky vybavena. Velmi ochotní a vstřícní majitelé. Parkovací místa hned u hotelu bez problému. Dobrá snídaně s bohatou nabídkou, vše včas doplňováno. Káva sice z kávovaru, ale velmi dobrá. Vynikající večeře, salátový bufet, primi a secondi výběr ze tří jidel a dvou dezertů. Dobrá sestava nabízených vín zaměřených na lokální produkci. Prostřednictvím hotelu dostanete slevu na skipas na úrovni nejlepších dynamických cen.

Sprchový kout opravdu miniaturní velikosti. Sice rozumím centrálnímu řízení a přísné optimalizaci topení kvůli ceně energií, na pokoji zima nebyla, ale při horším počasí máte problém něco usušit. Podobně vyhřívače lyžáků v lyžárně, nastaveny aby běžely jen pár desítek minut denně. Wifi není úplně z nejspolehlivějších.

The location, locker room and the breakfast were great. The reception area was very sociable and the staff were very attentive.

The rooms and the bathrooms could do with a bit of a makeover.
