Such a clean and beautiful apartment. It was the perfect gate away from the Christmas shopping. Additionally we loved the breakfast at the cozy and Authentic Lasagna. Very organized in the sense that since we did everything electronically, we didn’t have to wait too much at the reception during check in. You get a passcode and you can immediately enter the room.

All was great! Elevator was broken. But it was fine.

Rooms are on the second floor. The elevator was not working. No parking and when we asked the lady where to park, she showed us the map (hand written map but still the map) where we can park. This was the parking on the street. It was Sunday evening so the parking was free of charge. It was written on the traffic sign that this parking is payable but only on working days between 8 - 12 and 14 - 20. We received the fine from the local police at 6.47 a.m. When contacting the hotel staff, how is this possible and why she sent us to this parking as a free parking, she didn't really care. If you have a map, if you suggest the parking, you should care if something goes wrong! The fine was 42 eur reduce price. Because there is no address or QR code or any other info about where you can pay this reduce price (how very Italian), we expect the double price + extra costs at the end. We got 2 fines for 2 cars. The cost, at the end, will be over 200 eur. This cost should be written next to the price of this hotel! The "breakfast" was included into the price but nobody told us, until we arrived, that the breakfast is 1 mile away from this hotel in a local bar. So you need to use your car. And you have to pay a parking in front of this bar. And what you get is a coffee and a brioche. I know the Italian breakfast but, this is not the "Italian only" hotel and we are not Italian! At least a toast would be OK! So, at the end, this stay was not so good price at the end. The rooms were nice but the rest was just a disaster!
