Breakfast was good - lots of variety

The hotel has a great location not far from the motorway so it's great for a night stop when travelling across Germany. Hotel was nice and clean and I would definitely plan to stay there with my family again. It is placed in rural settings, so I am sure there is plenty to do and see, but we had no time to explore any further.

Room was very warm when we arrived. Luckily, we were staying there during not so hot day as our room didn't have A/C so we were able to get some cold air in from the outside. Distance from the motorway also meant that we could hear cars when window was open but traffic calmed down later at night. They also charge extra for baby cots which is standard in most of the hotels. Luckily we had our own travel cot with us.

The location very close to the Weser Radweg. We brought a cold dinner from the supermarket as this is in the middle of nowhere (apart from freeways) and the restaurant was shut so the boss kindly provided plates and cutlery for our dinner in the foyer.

Soulless place, largely business visitors. No sense of hospitality. But it's perfectly functional

Great location for the industrial areas around, otherwise a little cut off except by car. Breakfast and dinner were good. The ambience was good and and staff friendly

Dinner was fairly expensive.

Very nice and convenient hotel. A perfect stop by while travelling through Germany, beautiful location, just a single mile away from the motorway and yet suddenly a detached, quiet and secluded world; with a bit of imagination a far roar of the motorway can be compared to an ocean or simply ignored. Spacious room, perfectly clean, very comfortable bed, good - although without exaggeration - breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff.

Just one thing that didn't work - communication. It could be an epic telling but to cut the story short, if you happen to be travelling on Sunday, as I did, make sure to get in contact with the hotel before your arrival. Completely accidentally, or providentially, upon my arrival at around 5pm there were still two people from the staff in the restaurant that was about to be closed; had it not been for them I wouldn't have probably got my key to the room. There was no one at the reception, everything was dead shut, and my key was in a safe postbox, outside the building down the stairs, which was both impossible to find and to operate; the white safe postbox had a crystal screen with digits that were completely, and I mean it, unreadable. Just a blunt nothing. And even if you could make an attempt to crash this unreadable machine, you would need a code! And I did receive none! No email, no information, nothing. The restaurant staff was extremely kind and helpful, provided me with the code and showed around - but, but! Had I arrived half an hour later there wouldn't have been anyone present there! So, as much as I'm grateful to the restaurant staff, something should be seriously improved in this matter, I believe.

Close proximity to the highway, great for a stay during a long drive.
