It could be a nice hotel, but was dirty. The toilet flusher was broken and old. We flushed by taking off the toilet lid

Toothpaste on the mirror, dirty floors. The receptionist couldn't understand what a reciept was even with translator for 20 minutes. Broken toilet flush handle
