Amazing! We loved everything about the structure. Staff were so nice and welcoming, rooms were comfortable and spacious with a very comfortable bed, food (both breakfast and dinner) was incredible, tasty and of good quality. The hotel is located in an ideal location to enjoy and hike around Alpe Di Siusi. The structure of the hotel is so relaxing and beautiful: the swimming pool, gym, zen garden.. everything was so relaxing. I would highly recommend to stay at the Urthaler and I would definitely be back.

More formal than other places we stayed, but the service level is top notch. Nice pool and sauana complex that is included. The dinners and breakfasts were included for us. The food was excellent, without being quite as top notch as the facility itself. The hiking and biking are right outside and it is world class.

we had 3 small dogs with us and stayed 2 nights - for that alone we were charged €35 per night per dog! and received absolutely nothing in return - no dog beds, no bowls and no snacks - why?…..for our payment we received a bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony and breakfast and an evening meal both days plus parking and use of all the hotels extensive amenities ……the hotel appears to be dog friendly but we feel very disappointed by this policy……i did say this to the manager at reception on our departure but no explanation was given.
