Friendly front desk lady. Good location - only a 10-15 minute drive to Ortisei. Great view from the dining area.

No kettle in the room. Wasn’t particularly helpful with information/instructions before checking in (but after check-in, the service was friendly and attentive)

The hotel is delightfully quaint, perched perfectly on a small hill in the beautiful Val di gardenia valley. There is a lovely private yard were you can picnic or sun bath, the relaxing Turkish spa was included and we thoroughly enjoyed views from the spa and restaurant. Breakfast was exceptional, staff were knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. Our room was beautiful - it had all the charms of a mountain town while supporting the modern desires for cleanly and well renovated bathrooms. Couldn’t have loved it more.

Everything!!! Definitely coming back!!! Location was absolutely brilliant!!

Only stayed one night as we were traveling thru, but everything, including breakfast, was top notch. Can't comment on location in relation to hikes, etc.

Das Hotel liegt einmalig und der Blick auf die Berge ist wirklich beeindruckend. Unser Superior Doppelzimmer hatte einen großen Balkon zum Verweilen mit wunderbarem Panorama. Das Zimmer war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und modern aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön - jedoch könnte die Sauna und der Nackbereich etwas größer sein, aber dennoch wirklcih toll. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommen und auf Anfrage wurde sogar mein Leinenkleid gebügelt, was für ein 3* Haus nicht selbstverständlich ist. Abends haben wir noch einen leckeren Gin Tonic genossen - man kann entweder auf der Terrasse oder innen abends sehr gut verweilen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und die Auswahl gut. Der Blick durch die großen Fenster im Frühstücksraum auf die Berge macht das Frühstück zum Erlebnis. Alles in allem wirklich toll - wir kommen wieder wenn wir in der Gegend sind und werden das Dlaces in Wolkenstein jeder Unterkunft gleicher Kategorie in St. Ulrich vorziehen, wo wir leider schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben.

Die Eismaschine in der Sauna war defekt. Kein gesonderter Ruhebereich für Saunagänger (Nackbereich beschränkt sich auf das Dampfbad und die Sauna). Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Excellent staffs. Location is bit far from centre but can find bus stop to get a bus to centre with one hour frequency. No dinner restaurant in this hotel but excellent restaurants at 1 min walk place and 10min walk place, which make you impressed.

Die Lage am Berg mit dem wunderschönen Blick ins Tal, das geräumige Zimmer und die angenehmen Betten, das reichhaltige und sehr gute Frühstück und der kostenlose Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.

Vielleicht hatten wir Pech, aber als wir dort waren hörten wir ziemlich laute Musik einer Bar/Disco o.ä. in der Umgebung, sodass ein Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht möglich war. Ob das ein einmaliges Event war oder ein Dauerzustand ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Davon abgesehen war es sehr schön!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room is spatios and the breakfast was truly amazing and with a great view! The spa are is great, beautifully made and with a view to the mountains.

Spa only open for a few hours and you need to rent a bathrobe (if you don't have your own).

This was a lovely place up the hill from the busier part of town. When we checked in, we got a lot of great information for hiking, and everyone was very nice. The views were beautiful.

It would have been nice to have longer hours for the spa area, but we enjoyed the time we did use it.
