Room and hotel very nicely decorated and bed was comfortable

No hot water for 3/4 nights. Room key intermittent function . Locked out of room an hour before departure- staff witnessed and could not open door. Very very noisy location. No staff present most of the time . No answer to emergency phone call - even when booking.com rang them.

The property is good, very comfy. The location is great, the room is very clean and spacious.

The definition of a boutique hotel is to get a unique experience. There is no reception, although we had no problems to get in, it felt very overpriced for the value you get. Even tho it says that there is no one to meet you after 3pm, there was no one already after the breakfast, also there is no lobby, just a breakfast area which is usually closed. So I would call it bed&breakfast more than a boutique hotel. For this price I would have rather stayed in a chain hotel.

der haartrockner der sich im bad befand passte nicht in die steckdose. für uns kein problem.

Property is clean bright & comfortable. Definitely would be my go to place on Olbia . Great location
