Outdoor pool with view of Sella is exceptional.

Half of the hotel has been updated and half seems a bit dated. It felt a bit disconnected.

An amazing first class experience from the moment of check in to the departure. Unbelievable view, attentive service at all times, high quality food at breakfast and dinner and exceptional service at the dining room. One of the best hotels I was lucky enough to be at. Bravo!

Everything was first class. Was sad to leave.

Long checkin. The guy at the reception forgot about us. There is an ongoing construction. The tried to charge 40 eurs room service fee for 2 cups of tea. There is no kattle in the room

EVERYTHING was perfect. From our welcome glass of prosecco to the parting gift when we checked out, my birthday stay at this hotel was beyond memorable. Thank you, Francesca, for your amazing hospitality and thank you Mohammad for wonderful service at the restaurant each day (and a fun birthday song as well). The hotel always smelled incredible (I wish I could have bottled up that smell and taken it with me) and each day I saw the staff cleaning various areas of the hotel. From scrubbing the stairs outside, to putting out new furry towels by the relaxation room, there was always someone busy making things fresh and perfect. The spa was incredible with many relaxation areas and saunas. My massage was top notch. The 360 degree view from the outdoor pool made this my new favorite pool in the world (and I don't typically use hotel pools). The restaurant was delicious and had many options from which to choose. I had a beautiful veal filet for my birthday that was wonderful (I did not get to taste the woodfire pizza that I wanted to try but it smelled amazing each night) and the breakfast setup had every breakfast choice I could think of. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and stocked with every amenity needed. The balcony view was serene. I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel. Even the architecture was pretty and complete with a small library. I will be sure to visit again. I miss being there!

The location is amazing, the view from our room balcony was so beautiful that it made our stay even more enjoyable. The indoor and outdoor spa were all perfect with world class facilities. It was snowing when we arrived at the hotel but it turned out that it was the most beautiful day ever. We had a wonderful stay! We definitely will come back soon.

Unglaublich schönes Hotel , top pool sowohl indoor auch Outdoor .Fittneszentrum hat klasse Aussicht . Frühstück war einer der besten , den ich jemals gesehen und genossen hatte.Zimmer geräumig und stylisch , passend zu Dolomiten Natur.Gerne wieder . Parkplatz vor der Tür , macht auch vieles leichter , so ist richtig .
