Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und es war einfach perfekt! Das Hotel ist sehr familiär geführt, das Personal unglaublich freundlich, man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, sauber und das Bett ist super bequem. Besonders das Essen ist hervorragend, eine große Auswahl und alles von bester Qualität. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön und modern gestaltet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The views are breathtaking, no matter where you are in the hotel. We loved our room: it was super clean, the bathroom was spacious and modern, very much cozy mountain cabin vibes. Their bar has an incredible cocktail menu - extensive, tasty, and by no means an afterthought. The breakfast and dinner buffets were also pretty great. The hotel has exceptional spa facilities, so make the most of it (heated indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, massage, etc.)! Didn't get to try biking or hiking, but they offered so many options. Parking was free and super simple. Above all, the staff were so kind and welcoming and warm, and they helped with every question and request, welcoming us with prosecco upon arrival and providing a 24-hour WhatsApp number for assistance.

It's hard to find anything to criticize here but if I had to say something, it would be that there is a fairly limited dinner menu, and it's pricy. Room service has an additional 20 euro cost (not sure if per order or per person). It would have been lovely to have a simpler room service menu for evenings when you want to stay in. Also, my fiancé and I didn't think the massage was very good, especially considering how much it costs. But everything else was magical!
