Design et qualité de l' hôtel Accueil, gentillesse des serveurs Meilleure demi-pension que j'ai pu tester, plats délicieux et superbement présentés, entrée, premier plat, deuxième plat et dessert mais petite quantité donc ça passait très bien. Superbe sauna vue sur la montagne, très grand Navette privée et gratuite, pour le centre quand on demande Parking pour les vélos

Rien à part peut être que le chauffeur de la navette pourrait conduire plus cool...

Didn't want to leave and will definitely go back. We stayed for our honeymoon and it was significantly better than we expected. We primarily booked the hotel for the views of Ortisei and the Seceda mountain but every other aspect of the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were fantastic - diligent, attentive, and incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent, with a dedicated webpage for ordering food / drink as well as local weather, attractions etc. This made everything so simple and meant we could really make the most of it. The hotel offered a dedicated shuttle bus into Ortisei (5 minutes into town) which could be called upon to drop us off / pick us up which we didn't expected and were so greatful for. The food was excellent - a great choice for breakfast, and an evening menu that was always exciting (even after 7 nights). The drink choices were also great - with local wines and beers and to be honest anything we fancied. The hotel decor and environment were great - feeling both traditional but also modern with lovely finishing that made you feel at home. The bar was super cosy and relaxed, with a great atmosphere, views of the town and mountains, the perfect spot for an evening drink (and some live music on one occasion). The spa and pool area were amazing (especially given the fact that it's primarily a hotel) and the facilities were better than many dedicated spas that we have been to. Again, one could sunbathe or dip in the pool with incredible views, or chill out in the relaxation areas. Our room was excellent, with large windows facing in different directions and a lovely balcony to sit and have a coffee on. The sofa and seating meant we could also sit and relax at the end of a long day hiking and just enjoy the views and comfort. There was ample storage and space so help us feel at home for the week.

Everything was perfect.

The location is perfect as was breakfast and dinner. Cleanliness was exceptional. The staff was exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. The spa was a very nice feature.

The room was a bit small and crowded and the terrace did not have a direct mountain view. Next time we shall look for more spacious room with better mountain view. Otherwise, the hotel was very good and we have already recommended it to friends.

Nice facility and shutter bus service is really nice.

Niblea was an amazing stay. The facilities allowed for optimal relaxation after long days hiking and exploring Val Gardena. The location was great. Ortisei is a great place to start exploring the area. Many lifts and trails are easy to get to, and the shuttle service made it much easier to get around. The included breakfast was top-tier, and the dinner was incredible, too.

Nothing, we loved our stay so much. It would be nice if the shuttle had longer hours so that we could get to and from town for dinner or drinks, but otherwise, it was perfect.
